BE Thankful and Grateful!

Last month, I neglected you like I was addicted to something else, but I wasn't.  So sorry diary online!  I promise I will make it up to you this month.  I have decided to post daily reasons why I am grateful.  I was a part of this wonderful gratitude ring, but I sort of fell off...Needless to say that even though I was unable to write reasons why I was grateful, I was able to BE Thankful and Grateful.  God has bought me a mighty long way.  Leading up to Thanksgiving, I will try my best to list at least three reasons why I am grateful...DAILY. Maybe you should as well.  We have so much to give thanks for and to appreciate.

-So today I am thankful that even though I have been under the weather (severely) I still was able to connect with a beautiful woman by the name of Sallisha.  I will highlight her via Corporate Chics, and Sista Girl Tuesday.  

-I am also grateful that I went out and voted.  It felt sooo good to be able to cast my ballot, get the sticker and be a part of another historical moment.

-I am grateful to understand that prayers unanswered doesn't necessarily mean that God didn't hear the request.  It's just that he knows whats best for you.  And him not answering them, is the right answer for you.  He always has the best plan for our lives.  So embrace that wisdom and know that the blessing is on the way.
