So this post is a little riskay but I wanted to highlight the beautiful women that are representing on film and television. Light-skinned, long hair, chics just think that they are entitled and it's like we don't exist! I feel like MoNique when it comes to the skinny girl vs. big girl situation (i.e. Light-Skinned vs. Dark-Skinned). But if you just take some time to look at some of the beautiful, talented, educated CHOCOLATE sisters, you will see that we are in style and representing!!! And we have long beautiful natural hair too!!! So here is me admiring women who you won't see in music videos or who are not bragged upon in rap songs. I'm not hatin...I'm just saying.....Also, I want our young females to KNOW that the images that they may see on television or in print or even on the movie screens, are NOT what everyone looks like. There are women that look just like YOU who are talented, successful, and living their dream! So this post is to let you know that you can too! (Muah - XOXO)
