SGT Highlight: Yvette Hayward

Weekly, I highlight women through my blog because of their commitment to their communities or how they empower, motivate, and uplift other women. This week our Sista Girl Tuesday Highlight is Yvette Hayward. I am personally excited to highlight this remarkable woman because she always has one hand on the robe of success and another reaching down to help others. She is the go-to public relations person for authors. I can't begin to explain the power of the internet. I don't know how I stumbled on her website, but I did and had to celebrate her this Tuesday and throughout the week. She is also the creator of the The African American Literary Award show. She is courageous, unstoppable, and very inspirational. I am happy to introduce to you (just in case you don't know her) Yvette Hayward.

The African American Literary Award show is the brainchild of Ms. Hayward.  She came up with the idea in 1996 and was finally able to bring it to fruition in September 2004.

Disclosure The women who are highlighted as a feature do not necessarily agree with the views of Corporate Chics.  They are being recognized for their commitment to our communities and how they empower, motivate, and uplift other women.
