This week we are highlighting Dekiela Chaney as our Sista Girl Tuesday Highlight. I am personally excited to highlight this remarkable woman because I love what she is doing! As a Sister Striving for Excellence, I am in agreement with her movement: Excellent with Serving. Excellence isn't about being perfect, it is about doing things right the first time. She also has an awesome radio show where you could be a guest! All of her contact information is below. She is truly an inspiration. I am happy to introduce Ms. Chaney to you (just in case you don't know her).
A. Choose one word the describes you. Visionary
B. Who & what Inspires you? -Dr. Cindy Trimm, because she is interminable! The thought of building a Foundation and Legacy for my unborn children!
C. Tell us about your most courageous moment. When I realized
that I could let go of emotional attachments!
D. Tell us about an unstoppable moment you have experienced. I
thought about quitting a project, but people in my life like my Parents, Holder
Mathis Jr, and Chiquita Burroughs. They all reminded me why I started the
project. In life you must have a Definite Purpose, and that purpose should give
you the fuel to Ignite your fire! I had to remind myself not to allow
circumstances called “blind spots” to move me away from my expected end!
E. In three to five sentences, tell us how your experiences
have encouraged and empowered others. My life is a movie that is waiting to
come out! smile. I’ll narrow it down to my radio show “Excellent with Serving
Radio”. The show features insight, education, and empowerment designed to
assist today’s start up businesses. I desire to help others by providing
resources that will allow them to connect the missing dots! Every week I
accentuate a business that my listening audience can add to their business
portfolio. I serve as the midwife, so aspiring entrepreneurs to give birth to
their dreams!
